Engine: Just like the Yamaha, this Hi-Sun Yamaha Cloned Engine puts out 686cc with all the power you need to climb mountains and outrun your buddies. This SOHC 4 valve head puts out a 9.2:1 Compression Ratio and is Liquid, Oil, and Air Cooled w/ Fan providing maximum cooling in the Texas Heat. The Low/High engine option lets you really choose how you want to distribute the power of the engine. The low gives you a great bottom end that can really pull you up the mountain and the high lets you have that all out go when you want maximum speed and railing power. The front and rear Shaft drive is a great low maintenance system that delivers solid response and power all the time. The 3 way Differential Lock 4x4 System is superior to most units on the market today.
Carburated!!!!: This unit is Carburated. It comes with a fully adjustable carb!
Chassis: The Rhino Replica Steel Frame is just as light weight as the Yamaha while still providing maximum durability.
Suspension: Both the 500 and 700 give you 12 inches of ground clearance with their Front and Rear Double Independent Wishbone Suspension System providing for the best ride you could ask for.
Electrical: There is a 2,500 lbs Winch included on this Unit. The battery is a maintenance free battery that is continually charged via the alternator. The lights feature high and low beams while the indigo backlit digital display unit has the Speedometer, Tachometer, Odometer, Fuel Gauge, 4WD Status, transmission position, and clock.
Towing: The center mounted receiver hitch can be fitted for towing up to 1500 lbs. This unit was fitted with strong suspension to with stand a bigger payload and heavier towing capacity while still providing a smooth ride.

For me to bring UTVs into my company and start selling them was a pretty…. Awkward… process. I knew we had been needing to get into the UTV side of the powersports business for years but no one ever could give me something that was impressive. Plus add to the fact that I personally drive a “pimped out” Yamaha 700 Rhino, the bar is set pretty high when I look at the “Chinese stuff”. The whole process got kicked off last year when a guy from Two Brothers Performance came by my both at the Indy Show and introduced himself. I didn’t really pay attention because they were bringing in UTVs and I figured I had seen everything coming out of China. Finally around mid year of 08 I pulled his card out and found out his headquarters was about 30 minutes from my dealership, so I headed on over to check out there stuff. When I got there they had one of their 700cc UTVS waiting for me to take out for a spin. I looked over their UTV and asked if it was a modified Rhino since it looked almost identical to my personal Rhino. They said it was their 700 and I was honestly blown away. Their stock Rhino had features that were standard that I had to buy for my Rhino from Yamaha when I picked it up stock. Features like the center console, winch, roof, aluminum wheels, massive tires, etc. All the little things you don’t really think you need that become a necessity after a while. I took it out and immediately took it straight to a ditch in the middle of the main road to see if the 4 wheel drive could get me out of the muck. Sure enough, the 4x4 lock did the trick and got me out. The guys were not so happy when I got back that they had a gross muddy test unit but I’m sure they didn’t care since I bought up some inventory from them that day. The next day I had my entire staff show up early and help put one of the 700s together so I could take off to Rocky Ridge in Decatur, Tx. I took off around lunch on Friday and by the time I got back the next Monday I had put that UTV through HELL! Mostly what I wanted to see is if I could break anything, see what upgrades our customers would want, see how everything would hold up, and I must say the UTV came back a champ! Nothing broke, no overheating, 4x4 worked awesome, tranny was solid, everything held up well and I had a great time testing out the unit.

When you get a product from us, unless you pay a Licensed Mechanic to assemble the unit or you pay us, Go Carts to assemble your unit, then you will have some assembly ahead of you.
All Units are sold in the crate unless Assembly is paid for. Crated unit assembly will vary from unit to unit, but below is some basic assembly of most products.
Scooters - Mirrors, Battery, Trunk.
Pit Bikes - Front Wheel, Foot Pegs, Handlebar, Front Fender
ATVS - Wheels, Handlebar, Battery
UTVS - Wheels, Battery, Roll Cage, Shocks, Dump Bed
Go Karts - Wheels, Battery, Roll Cage
For ANY unit you choose to Assemble yourself, a PDI - Pre-Delivery Inspection and FULL maintenance MUST be done, This is required for ALL units and dealerships in the USA. By Saving the cost of the Assembly charge you accept the responsibility to do this. This is a REQUIRED step in the Assembly Process. By not doing this step you will be VOIDING your warranty.

This product comes with a 3 Month Limited Manufacture Warranty provided by the Manufacture. Click here for full details! Optional Extended Warranties Available.
In short - the manufacture covers any manufacture defect
part for the first 30 days that are not damaged or broken while
riding. The manufacture will cover motor parts for 3 Month (or unless
an extended warranty is purchased) from the date of purchase, the
warranty only covers motor internal parts and the parts must be sent
in for replacement as required by the manufacture. The manufacture
does NOT cover wear and tear parts OR LABOR. It is up to the customer
to diagnose any issues or to work with our techs to diagnose the
problem. This is why you save so much money buying online. The part
must be shipped to us and we will ship the new part to you and handle
the defective part exchange with the manufacture for you. This ensures
quick turn around time for parts exchange and is required by the
manufacture. To file a claim or Speak with a tech you MUST go to our left hand menu, Click on Warranty and then Click on file a Claim. To speak with a tech you must have first visited our maintenance section.
