Linhai is a leader in the manufacture of affordable, high quality motorsport products. Linhai is a manufacturing powerhouse with expertise and experience dating back to 1956.

Why does this matter to you?

Simple. Linhai is committed to being the best. This commitment means they are not afraid to put their name on their products. You’ll notice that with many of the “new entrants" in the North American powersports market, the label you see on the side of the ATV is completely different from the label you see on the VIN plate. It’s not uncommon to see products from 5 different manufacturers being sold under the same brand. Certainly there are some short term advantages to this, but as a consumer of this type of product, should you not be concerned with long term stability? Where will this manufacturer be in 2 years when you need that replacement part? If the company importing the product isn’t confident enough to put the manufacturer’s name on the product they are selling you, what does that tell you about their relationship with the factory?

Linhai Powersport products are produced by the Jiangsu Linhai Group. This company was founded in 1956 and has been developing and manufacturing small engines and machinery for over 50 years.

Linhai’s experience in engine and machinery development led them to the 2001 release of their first ATV. This ATV was developed for the North American market, a 300cc liquid cooled model and the predecessor for the current 300SE.

The quality of a Linhai engine has been recognized worldwide and their name has become synonymous with quality and reliability.  Many competing Asian manufacturers have approached Linhai to purchase their coveted motors for these alternate “brands” that are “assembled” verses manufactured. Contrary to many manufacturers; Linhai refuses to sell engines. They understand that it would dilute the Linhai brand. The engine is the heart of any ATV, and to build a credible brand, you must have a credible engine.

Linhai’s technological and financial strength has led to many successful joint ventures including the Jiangsu LINHAI-YAMAHA Motor Co.,Ltd. This has expanded the strength of the Linhai Corporation by improving the technology and quality of its products

When you get a product from us, unless you pay a Licensed Mechanic to assemble the unit or you pay us, Killer Motorsports to assemble your unit, then you will have some assembly ahead of you.

All Units are sold in the crate unless Assembly is paid for. Crated unit assembly will vary from unit to unit, but below is some basic assembly of most products.

Scooters - Mirrors, Battery, Trunk.
Pit Bikes - Front Wheel, Foot Pegs, Handlebar, Front Fender
ATVS - Wheels, Handlebar, Battery
UTVS - Wheels, Battery, Roll Cage, Shocks, Dump Bed
Go Karts - Wheels, Battery, Roll Cage

For ANY unit you choose to Assemble yourself, a PDI - Pre-Delivery Inspection and FULL maintenance MUST be done, This is required for ALL units and dealerships in the USA. By Saving the cost of the Assembly charge you accept the responsibility to do this. This is a REQUIRED step in the Assembly Process. By not doing this step you will be VOIDING your warranty.

This product comes with a 3 Month Limited Manufacture Warranty provided by the Manufacture. Click here for full details! Optional Extended Warranties Available.

In short - the manufacture covers any manufacture defect part for the first 30 days that are not damaged or broken while riding. The manufacture will cover motor parts for 3 Month (or unless an extended warranty is purchased) from the date of purchase, the warranty only covers motor internal parts and the parts must be sent in for replacement as required by the manufacture. The manufacture does NOT cover wear and tear parts OR LABOR. It is up to the customer to diagnose any issues or to work with our techs to diagnose the problem. This is why you save so much money buying online. The part must be shipped to us and we will ship the new part to you and handle the defective part exchange with the manufacture for you. This ensures quick turn around time for parts exchange and is required by the manufacture. To file a claim or Speak with a tech you MUST go to our left hand menu, Click on Warranty and then Click on file a Claim. To speak with a tech you must have first visited our maintenance section.

We offer Free Lifetime Tech Support from our Certified MMI Mechanics on vehicles purchased from us. Most companies offer free tech support but not from REAL Mechanics. When you call our staff you'll get real help and real answers to fix your problem, not some bub that works on his grandpas lawnmower once. Ok, that might be an extreme but then again, our customers have told us some pretty crazy stories about previous experiences! To speak with a Tech you MUST go to our warranty section, click on "File a Claim" then submit a claim with your issue for help, this way our techs can review the issues at hand and call you back within 12 hours during normal business hours during Mon-Fri, with a solid answer on how to fix the problem.
